At Axon Athletics, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your next run. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your footwear to request a return. To be eligible, your items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.

In the original packaging (the shoe box must be intact).

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Returns Process

UK Customers: Returns are processed through our regional network.

USA & Global Customers: Please contact support for specific instructions regarding your local return hub.

Please note: Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Exchanges (Sizing Issues)
We understand that finding the right fit is essential for performance. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new size.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong model, contact us immediately at suporte@axonathletics.shop so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
